Deliveries and Returns
Delivery Address -
You can either have your goods delivered to your home address or you have the option to enter an alternative delivery address, so that you can have the parcel sent to work or a friend so that you know someone will be there to sign for delivery.
Charges -
UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £ 5.99 To a Place of Business or £ 7.99 To a residential home (If you are receiving at a place of business then let us know at checkout and the revised rate will be charged to your card.
Dispatch will be by post or our contracted carriers and usually takes 2-4 working days.

EXPRESS - £ 15.00
For urgent items to UK Mainland addresses, excluding Northern Scotland (subject to status)
Orders must be received by 2pm to receive next day delivery.
UK SATURDAY - £ 18.35
For guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, excluding Northern Scotland (subject to status).
Orders must be received by 2pm Friday to receive Saturday delivery.
OVERSEAS DELIVERIES - Quoted Price
We can deliver worldwide, but the delivery charge will be based on weight and size and therefore will need to be quoted upon receipt of your order. We will advise you via email of the additional charges prior to dispatch.

Quoted Delivery -
When the quoted delivery symbol appears products are either heavy or an irregular shape there may be an additional delivery charge, contact us for a delivery quote. You may have numerous items that warrant quoted delivery. Please note that our carriers normally require a signature on delivery and they do not make timed deliveries.
Minimum Orders -
There is a minimum order of £10.00 per order. This is on each and every order
Credit & Debit Card -
We do not except Diners Club. DHF Trading will appear on your Credit Card statements. There is a 2.5% charge on all credit card payments.
Cheques -
Cheques are accepted for your orders these must be payable to - 'DHF Equestrian' and sent to DHF Equine, 4, Chartwell Gardens, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 2JH.
Delivery Time -
We aim to dispatch goods from our warehouse within 48 hours meaning that delivery should take 2 to 4 working days. Occasionally at busy times this may take a little longer. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time. In exceptional circumstances, please allow 28 days for delivery. We can advise on your delivery if you telephone 0845 833 7672 for details.
Delivery Method -
We are pleased to work in partnership with the Royal Mail, Home Delivery Network and Parcel Force so where ever possible your goods will be sent this way. If an item is particularly heavy or of an irregular shape we will use contracted carriers which may incur and extra charge (Please see our quoted delivery section for more details). Please note that a signature will be required. Should you be out at the time of delivery a card should be left for you to advise that an attempted delivery was made and for you to contact the appropriate depot to rearrange.
Customs
Goods ordered from HF Equine for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it's destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.
Returns -
We except returns on all products if there is a fault with the product, the product is damaged prior to receipt or there is a defect that was not caused by you the customer. Products such as gaiters/chaps, long boots and horse rugs, bridles, saddles, dog coats, riding hats & body protectors have sizing guides for your use and therefore will prevent you from purchasing the incorrect size. Please call if you need to return an item and we will endeavour to do the best we can to support you the customer.
